Former Arizona Governors Jan Brewer and Fife Symington on Monday both endorsed Karrin Taylor Robson in the crowded GOP Gubernatorial primary campaign.
During the campaign, the two former governors will serve as co-chairs for Robson, a businesswoman and member of the Arizona Board of Regents.
In a joint statement, both leaders highlighted the record of the gubernatorial candidate and claimed she would be the best leader for the state.
“I’ve known Karrin all her life, and I know she’s ready to fight for our conservative Arizona values. Karrin has always been a strong leader. She’s a mom, small business owner, and she never backs down from a challenge. Karrin just didn’t discover her conservative values. She’s lived them,” Brewer said in an additional video announcing her endorsement.

During her campaign, Robson has pledged to be a “conservative fighter” for Arizona and support a host of key issues, including “secure border and enforcement of our laws.”
“The Biden administration is out of control — vaccine mandates on private businesses, multi-trillion dollar tax increases, chaos at our southern border. At a time like this, we need strong conservative state leaders to fight back against the radical Left in Washington D.C., and here at home. Karrin is smart, knows how government works and understands the challenges Arizona small-business owners face because she is one,” Symington detailed.
“Karrin Taylor Robson was a trusted member of my administration then, and I’m honored to support her now as Arizona’s next Governor.”
I’m incredibly humbled to announce 2 of Arizona’s true conservative fighters – @GovBrewer & Gov. Symington – will serve as Co-Chairs of my campaign for Arizona Governor.

The double-endorsement could boost Robson’s profile in the crowded and highly contested GOP primary.
“I cannot think of two conservative leaders better equipped than Govs. Brewer and Symington to lead my campaign for Arizona governor, and I am proud and humbled to have their support,” Robson said of the endorsements.
